Steeped in the Quaker faith but comfortable providing ministry in various religious settings, Ashley is available for pulpit supply and occasional ministry opportunities.
What to expect? Ashley preaches in the Quaker tradition of waiting on the leading of the Spirit for a message. The messages she prepares are based on Scripture (usually drawing from the Lectionary, though she also preaches topical sermons). She incorporates Friends’ practice of using queries for everyone to listen together for how God is speaking through Scripture and the message.
